For the past 2 days, our dedicated HSC students have been spending time at school focusing on developing study skills and effective exam techniques as part of our annual HSC Study Camp. The students spend the night at the College and engaged in a range of seminars and study times run by the staff of the College. A regular highlight of the camp is Mr Weeks’ “Mind of a Marker” session that gives students a major insight into the BOS marking process in relation to exams. Students enjoyed a little bit of downtime, getting active in our great Multi Purpose Hall. Throughout the 2 days, students also knuckled down for some silent study time and some subject specific sessions where students where able to pick the brains of their teachers leading up to their final HSC exams. The camp was a profitable time that we hope will contribute to the success of our students as they undertake what can often be a very stressful time of their lives.
